The EFT system is something that I just learned about and is good for very many problems that people have. It is very simple and easy to use and you can do it to yourself or someone else. I have had a back pain for over three years that I couldn't get rid of by any means that I knew. I was going to a Chiropractor three times a week. Nothing helped. Sometimes I would take four Ibuprofen at a time three times a day and still it would hurt. It hurt just to walk and I would need to get help up if I sat down, etc.

I downloaded the manual from the company for free and started to use it. Even though I didn't understand it completely and was not doing it 100% right, it still helped a lot. When I ordered the DVDs and looked at them, I found where I was not doing it right and changed what I was doing and now I am about 98% pain free. Yeeeaaah!!! What a relief.

It is kind of a cross between acupressure and psychology, near as I can figure. It activates about five different parts of the brain, each one having to do with a certain area or function of the body.

One of my daughters has a child that has ADD/ADHD and has other problems.  The EFT system can fix all that and much more, such as phobias, depression, fears, MS, emotional stress, allergies, P.T.S.D., weight loss, bad memories and all kinds of problems. If you are interested, you can check it out at:

You can download the manual here and also order the DVDs. You need to read the manual before you look at the DVDs, so if you order the DVDs right away you can have the manual read by the time you get them. You also get a copy of the manual with the program. The program is copyrighted but you have their permission to copy as many as 100 copies to give to your family, friends, etc. They also have two advanced programs that cover more problems, etc. If you buy more than one program at the same time you get a 40 percent discount. So, if you buy all three, you get the third one for free, or pretty close to free. With the advanced programs you learn how to use it on animals and how to do it by proxy for someone when you can't touch them or be near them. Pretty neat.

Things to think about
Things to think about

Please take some time to reflect on and be thankful for some of the gifts you may have taken for granted:
· Your Health
Next to life itself, health is the most important thing. Keeping your health, therefore, should be your most important goal. Examine what you are doing to maintain good health. Are you eating well? Sleeping enough? Getting sufficient exercise, socialization, and sun? If you spend no time trying to stay healthy, you can't complain if you wake up one day very sick.
· Your Mental Well-Being
Happiness comes from two habits. First, you must spend a good deal of your time working on something you value. Second, you must avoid thinking about (and especially feeling sorry for) yourself.
Be honest with yourself. Do you really care about the work you are doing? Is it something you'd do anyway (and for free) even if you didn't have to work? Ask yourself: "Do I frequently find myself thinking about how tough my life is? How much easier things would be 'if only'?"
· Your Family and Friends
Life is endlessly ironic. The way friendship works is no exception. You can get the most out of your personal relationships by putting more into them. Some people treat friendships like seesaws, always looking to make sure that each side is equally weighted. If you want to enjoy the many wonderful feelings that friendship offers, don't worry so much about what you are getting from your personal relationships. Focus, instead, on what you can give.
· Your Financial Well-Being
The love of money is addictive and destructive. A sensible pursuit of wealth, on the other hand, is a necessary good. Wealth gives you the means to accomplish your goals, to take care of your needs, to support the people for whom you are responsible, and to make important life decisions with confidence and independence.
· Your Personal Accomplishments
Make a list of the things you've done that you're proud of. Think about what you can do in the future. So long as you are alive, you have the capacity to create and to achieve.
· Intelligence and Ingenuity
Even if you don't have the wealth you want or haven't accomplished all your Life Goals, be thankful that you have a sound mind and a natural ingenuity. (See Word to the Wise, below.) Use these natural gifts shrewdly and there will be no limit to what you can do.
· The Things You (Really) Enjoy
Sentimental music. Old shoes. Greasy food. We all want and like the better things in life (art, literature, etc.) - but we all have personal passions too. Don't be embarrassed by them. Be grateful that you are able to enjoy them.
Most importantly ...
Be thankful for the freedom you have to think your thoughts, to feel your feelings, and to dream your dreams. There is no one else in the world exactly like you. You are a unique being - a wonderful cluster of energy that has never existed before and will never be again. Enjoy the greatness of your very particular, very special, very wonderful existence.

Hi folks, this is my first blog.

I am interested in health, wealth and long life.

I have studied about health and well-being for many years.

I am interested in herbs and natural wellness issues.

I have been taking ThaiGo (Nature's Sunshine Products) Mangosteen juice for a couple of years now and coupled with it, several other products from them that has allowed me to get completly off my diabetes medicine within two weeks of starting it. I was using 500 mg of Glucopage twice a day and now I do not take any. I also switched off the statin that I was using to control my cholesterol by using Red Yeast Rice.

Well, got to go now. Hope to hear from some of you soon.
